Step 1 – Enter your details
- Complete your details. Name, address, telephone number and email address.
Step 2 – Enter your company details
- Enter the name of the company you would like to be formed. Don’t forget to put ‘Limited’ or ‘LTD’ at the end of the name!
- Select if you want to use your address as your registered office or use our registered office service.
- Select whether you’d like to hide your personal details from the public register.
- Complete 3 security questions… mother’s maiden name – eye colour – father’s forename
- Add extra directors or shareholders (optional)
Step 3 – Confirm your details and make a payment using our secure payment gateway
- Make your payment securely via WorldPay.
- Following your completed payment you will receive an email from LTD123 confirming that your order has been placed and also a second email from WorldPay confirming your transaction details.
- Please note payment information will show as to our holding company HomeInfo UK Limited.
